EZDNS.COM EzDNS EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE WHICH CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THIS WEB SITE, ALONG WITH ANY ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION (THE SOFTWARE AND ITS DOCUMENTATION MAY BE REFERRED TO HEREIN AS THE "SOFTWARE"). YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SOFTWARE. ezdns.com grants to the end user a license to evaluate in demo mode for 30 days. ezdns.com grants free license to anyone to copy and distribute the EzDNS setup program as long as: 1.) no charge is made to the receiver beyond the minimal cost of delivery. (Distribution of EzDNS with a large number of other shareware/freeware packages on CD or other media will be considered to meet this condition.) 2.) this and all other documentation and notices provided with the package are included without modification. 3.) no access code or registration information is included in the copy. ezdns.com retains all ownership and rights except as granted by this license. EZDNS.COM EzDNS SINGLE USER LICENSE AGREEMENT LICENSE AND CONFIDENTIALITY: ezdns.com grants you the right to install the enclosed software and related documentation (collectively, the "Materials") onto a single computer for your personal use. You may not use, copy, modify, sell, transfer or disclose any part of the Materials except as provided in this Agreement. RESTRICTIONS: You may not: 1.) Sublicense the Materials; 2.) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the enclosed software; 3.) Make copies of the Materials other than for back-up purposes, and you may not use the back-up copies other than as a replacement for the original copy. You must include on the back-up copies all copyright and other notices included on the materials. TERMINATION: Upon any violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement, your right to use the Materials shall automatically terminate and you shall be obligated to destroy all of your copies of the Materials. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF MATERIALS: Except for the license expressly granted hereunder, ezdns.com retains all rights, title and interests in and to the Materials and all copies thereof. You agree that this Agreement shall be retained with all printed and electronic copies the software and documentation constituting the Materials. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Materials. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE USER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE PROGRAM. ANY LIABILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
